Positive: Loved my room on the ground floor by the pool, the room was fresh and clean. The food was good, both the breakfasts (many dishes to choose from) and the lunch and dinner I had. The staff were friendly and nice. Very close to the bus stop to/from Siem Reap or Ha Thien. 1.5 km from the main area of Kep, but it’s walkable or a cheap tuktuk ride away. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location was perfect and the view of the ocean awesome. The upstairs room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom a little basic but very functional and continuous hot water. The restaurant was well placed to enjoy the ocean view. The pool was a decent size and very clean. The hotel manager extremely helpful and arranged transport for us as required.

Negative: The restaurant appeared to run out of certain foods and beverages. Management were notified to help rectify this.

Positive: Saravoan Hotel is perfectly located right on the beachfront, with stunning sea views from our room. The room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was delightful and professional, always greeting us with a warm smile. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant also offered a wide selection of delicious dishes — we enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there three times. The bar service was also excellent and very friendly. We would definitely love to return next year and spend more days at this wonderful hotel with such fantastic people.
