Positive: The pictures didn't do the size justice. The back patio for the pool was much larger than I thought, there was also a grill which was a surprise. It was very nice that basics were there like toilet paper paper towel hand soap dish soap sponges laundry soap and trash bags. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was in a fantastic location close to alot of shopping ans restaurants. It was also in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for everyone and not feel cramped. It was great for the family.

Negative: There was some minor issue but it's a vacational rental so it's just more wear ans tear then a normal home so it wasn't a big deal. An outdoor rug by back slider would be nice to dry feet better before entering tile floor. The front entry way was also tiled and it rained alot when we were there that was very slippery.

Positive: The property was ready for early arrival. Was able to pay a nominal fee for late departure. The property was very clean

Negative: Did not get toaster replaced when requested. Wasn't able to get some stations on bedroom TVs

Summary: Exceept for above comments all was great. Have rebooked a stay for next year

Positive: Great location, house had everything we needed. Kitchen was gorgeous. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and Lanai. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great as well!

Negative: Dishwasher was broke, sliding glass doors were hard to open and close, one outlet had no cover. Bedroom with full bed and bunk bed, bunk bed could not be slept in it was unstable. Also the rug in same room the door could not be shut for privacy and could be dangerous if someone needed out in case of fire.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay and would love to do so again!
