Positive: the price is great. There is a microwave and kettle. the rooms themselves are nice and clean.

Negative: How dirty the kitchen and shower room were. the walls are also a little thin, but the price makes up for it.

Positive: Very cheap, especially for a private room.

Negative: The kitchen was so dirty(I felt like I needed to clean it before I could use it, however there was also not the basic amenitiesto clean a kitchen with). And it was clear the room hasn't been deep cleaned for a while as there where old socks and such behind the sofa.

Positive: The price was very cheap and worth it. It was situated in a very good location in Kagoshima.
