Summary: The room was very clean. It would be nice to have recycling bins in the room. We did not eat in the hotel, except for Starbucks and the patisserie. We did not like that the hall light comes on if someone uses the washroom during the night.

Summary: Lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely left quite a good impression. The hotel area is huge with a wide variety of restaurants and bars within the hotel. Very accessible to the downtown district of Sapporo. The only negative would be the view from the room. Many of the rooms I presume would be facing the inner yard, i.e. the windows of all the rooms next to, below and above your own room.
