Positive: Great place to stay in a newer building. The host was prompt in meeting to hand the keys and responsive prior to arrival. While I did not use kitchen much, there appeared to be dishes etc available for use. Wifi was a good add. It seemed sporadic with how well it worked but that's more on the service provider than the host/property. I used a local e-sim so wasn't much of a problem. No TV in the property but I knew that going in and wasn't an issue for me. AC worked great. Washer was nice to have and I got to use it 3-4 times over 10 days. Plenty of places to grab necessities/food nearby within 5 minutes of walking distance.
Negative: Pillows/comforter could be updated. Given it's a newer building, some neighbors are still working on finishing up renovations and some debris in the hallways but didn't have any issues with noise.

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay in a Cozy Flat! I had an excellent stay at this cozy one-bedroom apartment. The flat was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. Very convenient and peaceful area. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — a true home away from home!
