Summary: The house and grounds are lovely and we had an enjoyable week at the property. We were kept waiting for half an hour at the agreed meeting place after we were told 10 minutes. Disappointed to smell cigarette smoke on entering the property and see a discarded cigarette in an ashtray on the kitchen table.

Summary: It was our second stay at the lovely villa and we enjoyed, again, every minute !!! Lovely region, friendly people, lots to explore. The house is very clean, all you need is available. Helena is the perfect host, good in communication before and during the stay. And of course the warm welcome with some regional delights makes the picture complete. Highly recommend the villa!!

Summary: We were very kindly and warmly welcomed by the owner Helena. Lovely property, spacious and calm surroundings. The house is clean and very well decorated, in the traditional way of Alentejo. Lovely garden and pool area with the shade of the “sobreiro” tree and a beautiful view. We immediately felt comfortable and at home in this charming family house.
