Positive: The place is picturesque! It is Instagram perfect, ideal for photos. There are many great spots to relax and beautiful decorations all around. But the sea is not ideal for swimming due to the seaweed. The sand in the sea is rather "mushy", kind of muddy and therefore our kids didn't like it. On the other hand, we all loved the pool just beside the see, which was build in the natural rock inside it. The restaurant served tasty food, though quite pricy. Overall, it is a beautiful place with nice staff. But it is not ideal for swimming or building sand castles, it is rather suitable for sunbathing, taking amazing pictures, enjoying sunset and picturesque location.

Negative: We tried to use provided canoes, they were full of dirty water and trash. There was some rubbish in the sea and on the beach as well. The partially-open bathroom concept is very romantic, but as this eco-resort is surrounded by nature, you have to expect various kinds of insects in the bathroom. It was not welcomed enthusiastically by our kids to see huge spider, big centipede and cockroach in the night...

Positive: The location is gorgeous, very much off the beaten track though so keep in mind. A somewhat steep walk down to reception and rooms from the road but they helped bring the bags down/up which was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful but English was a bit limited (which was fine we expect that). The free kayaking was fun! However there was a lot of rubbish so the views were a bit sad (but still beautiful). The grounds keepers do a lot of cleaning of the beach which is nice and for swimming it was wonderful. Their resident dog was also very friendly and would walk us back to our room! Very sweet Being vegan we were worried about food but thankfully they were very accommodating for us so we had no problems, the Chilli lemongrass Tofu was divine! For a few days of relaxing we couldn't recommend this place enough!

Negative: The room was a bit small and the bed quite hard (harder than most places in Vietnam) and there was a lot of gaps in the wood panelling so a lot of ants got into our room and on our belongings, they don't sell any insect repellent so hard to keep them away.

Positive: Best resort ever (for my opinion): a unique place with wonderful clean sea, a hammock in the water and a nice pool! Such a lovely bungalow on the beach in front of the sea, I would definitely come again :) (even though it's located very far out and our driver had problems to find it, haha) + Niceley they let us stay in our room until 2 pm (without charge!!!) on our check-out day, so lovely of them *Looks like on the pictures!*

Negative: More vegetarian options on the menu please and more understanding about it by the staff, thanks!
