Positive: I used it for one day on a business trip, I was late on the day of check-in, but I was very happy that they treated me so kindly. and it was so good that I was sad to leave!

Positive: From checking in to checking out, everything was fantastic!!! The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with all the things you would need in it. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of hot, a continental style or cereal. There was a coffee machine in the main reception that was available for use 24/7 as well as a 24/7 sauna.

Negative: I would struggle to think of anything that I didn't like.

Summary: The whole stay was fabulous, a family run hotel the way it is supposed to be run. 100% recommend :)

Positive: A wonderful hotel with a great location, 10 minutes by car to Salzburg, 20 minutes to the lakes. Everything is of the best quality. Very friendly and caring staff. If you need something, ask and you will receive it immediately. Very clean rooms, we had air conditioning, a refrigerator, varied and tasty breakfast. In the lobby free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. at any time. Also in the lobby there is a refrigerator with alcoholic and soft drinks at a very reasonable price. Sauna, bike rental. We got free car charging.
