Summary: We stayed for almost a week and we absolutely loved every day there! It is a great location for visiting the Tuscany area and the cities during the day and then coming back for the pool in the midday when the cities are too hot. The communication with Cecilia and her family was also great. If we ever needed something, she was always there to help us. Overall a perfect holiday. We can only recommend it!

Summary: For us, the location and everything was perfect. Pisa, Florence etc easy to reach. Really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome. Any problems were dealt with swiftly by Cecelia. Would highly recommend for a typical Tuscan holiday

Summary: Overall, this was a very peaceful getaway. The villa had a very authentic and classic Italian vibe which we loved. The pool was amazing and had such a spectacular view. I wish we knew ahead of time how remote the location was, as we did not have a car with us - this should be mentioned in the property description. This added up to very expensive taxi fares and this location has nothing that you can walk to so it also would have been nice to know that we needed to do a grocery run ahead of time. Overall a beautiful property and view, but the location was a too remote if you don’t have a car.

Summary: Me and my friend loved staying at Sant’Ermo! Cecilia is a wonderful and helpful host and her farm house is divine. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It got very hot the days we stayed there, so the pool was really a must and very pleasant. There are fruit trees all around the property which I thought it was a really nice touch. You must have a car though, because the property is surrounded by vineyards and it’s just more convenient to get around. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax and get away from the city life.

Summary: Very nice house in a very small town, perfect getaway for anyone. Quiet area with a nice shared pool to relax and enjoy the weather. Would definitely recommend and we will most likely come back!

Summary: The place looks even better than pictures. The view is amazing, it is quiet and remote but at the same time with car you can get to nearest shops in just few minutes and to a lot of main attractions in Tuscany in up to an hour. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people with unique furniture which gave it also a great atmosphere. The pool is also clean and was never too crowded with just two other apartments on the property. We had a place to sit in the garden as well where we could do barbecue. The owner is nice and helpful. She leaves guest tips where to eat , what you should see etc. Overall we had amazing two weeks there.

Summary: The apartment was very nice. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The Italian flair came across very well. We had a great view of the surrounding vineyards and villages. The landscape is really beautiful! The pool is big and good for swimming a few laps. Cecilia and Alberto are very nice hosts. When we met, they asked if everything was alright. If we had a request Cecilia answered us immediately (questions about the house, the environment, tips for tourism and food, ...) For people who want to relax and enjoy the peace and the Italian flair, this apartment is really recommended.
