Positive: Great hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it

Positive: Extremely helpful staff! Helped me book a gorilla habituation experience, and also drove me to Mgahinga to hike Sabinyo. Were very informative with things to do and see.

Negative: A little expensive for the quality of room, food, drives, etc. But not unreasonable. Overall I’m very happy with my experience.

Positive: Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Place was clean.

Negative: Not in their control but they are next door to a club that plays loud music. I stayed on a Wednesday night and the music went through to 6:30am.

Summary: Place is clean and Staff are nice, it is basic but you get what you pay for.

Positive: Incredibly helpful staff. Ivan not only helped us book bus tickets, but also brought us to the bus stop and waited with us until it came, which was a couple of hours. We would have been lost without him.

Negative: Only a curtain separating the bathroom from the room makes it a bit awkward to go to the toilet.
