Welcome to Santana, your lakefront paradise on Lake Travis! 2.5 acres and new 2020 construction with gorgeous lake views and your very own private boat dock, spa, and Olympic-sized volleyball court. Fast Wi-Fi (200 Mbs), Cable TV in all four rooms, and both living rooms with YouTube TV and streaming. Enjoy it all here.
Please read House rules. This is an excellent place to vacation with friends, family, or work retreats. Pets welcome, $75 non-refundable fee for each pet.
The house is 4 stories with an elevator. We are kid and pet friendly with a couple of baby/pet gates already installed and a Pack N Play that is in the master bedroom closet.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No parties and or loud noise after 11 PM.
Excessive guests or noise will not be allowed. The Police will kick everyone out and all deposits will be forfeited if the number of approved guests is exceeded at any time of the stay.
The house is fully furnished with a BBQ, cooking gear, plates, dishes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. The Keurig machine is amazing and makes lattes, cappuccinos as well as regular coffee.
Guests have access to all the amenities on site including the arcade, volleyball court, balconies, grill, dock, standup paddleboards, lake toys and hot tub. The hot tub is emptied and filled fresh for every reservation.
We deep clean, sanitize & follow CDC guidelines. 24/7 self check-in.
Explore Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, get the adrenaline flowing at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, and explore Volente Beach Waterpark. Flat Creek Estate Winery in Marble Falls is nearby for a relaxed afternoon.
Since we're on the North Side of Lake Travis, it's about a 45 minute drive to proper Austin. A car is definitely recommended.
Outside quiet hours are at 11PM on weekends and 10 PM on weekdays.

Summary: This place has a lot to offer: private park with lake access, private volleyball court, pool, tennis courts, etc. it has Great Lake views from the house. Check in and check out was super easy. The property management was very responsive when it comes to getting help finding things. Overall, it was a great experience with friends and families. We would love to come back and spend another wonderful time here.

Summary: Liz was fantastic about letting us know everything about the amenities of the condo and things to do before we arrived. Volleyball court on property was a hit with the teenagers as well as the basketball arcade game. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family. It is very clean and comfortable.

Summary: This was a wonderful setting for a big family gathering to celebrate a special birthday. We had adults, young children and dogs and they ALL enjoyed this beautiful nest on the lake. Everything was very clean and comfortable and all needs were provided for. This house even had an elevator for those who find stairs difficult to navigate. My only advisement for those who do have older family members or family members with mobility impairments is that while the house is well outfitted for such guests, the surrounding area is less so. This is a comment on Lago Vista/Point Venture in general, not the house itself. Navigating to the main boathouse where you can rent boats and jet skis, or have a nice dinner, involves an incredible amount of stairs. So if your group includes someone with mobility challenges, it would be better to center activities at the house, which luckily is a wonderful place to be! I mention just so you may prepare if you find yourself fortunate enough to spend some time at this lovely home.

Summary: It was a pleasure to stay at the Santana Lake House. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the house, the amenities, and the beautiful view. We took advantage of opening up the glass window panels on the 3rd floor and sat and ate and played games all the while with a beautiful view and warm breeze. The hot tub was clean and it was the perfect ending to our days at the lake. We used the passes to access the community park which offered so much more than a playground and it is right around the corner. The owners thought of everything and we felt right at home. Will definitely come back!

Summary: This property is a true gem! My family loved every minute of our stay. Truly, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell the owners really thought of everything and made it extra nice for kids, with baby gates, high chair and other various toddler gear. The house is spacious. We got to feed the deer- a definite highlight for the kids! The walk on the lighted footpath at night all the way to the very nice dock was delightful! We used all of the water toys including the 2 person kayaks and stand up paddle boards. We didn't get a chance to try the two story swing, but we will definitely come back for future stays. This is an A++ property
