Positive: The privacy & location high above the escarpment is appealing

Negative: Bit dusty and the Uneasy entrance at the back of the house at night can have poor sensor lighting. The owner is a great guy and means well has good intentions just needs to tweak the place a bit.. over time I’m sure it will be ok.
