Positive: Our stay at Sanma Hotel was truly special and full of thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The location is fantastic—being within walking distance of Iguaçu Falls and the Bird Park made exploring incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, with art thoughtfully displayed throughout, creating a unique and elegant atmosphere. The staff were consistently attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, always making sure we had everything we needed. What stood out to me the most was the incredible attention to detail, especially when it came to families. There was a special towel just for my baby daughter, along with baby shampoo and body gel—such small details, but they meant the world to me. It’s rare to feel that level of care and consideration. To make everything even more magical, the hotel was already decorated for Easter, and it looked absolutely gorgeous. It added such a warm and festive touch to our stay. Overall, Sanma Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a place where you feel truly cared for, and we would love to return.

Positive: The location close to the entrance of Iguacu fall and birds parks. Viny at the concierge desk help us regarding the booking of our trip to Iguacu (both sides Brazil & Argentina) The swimming pool , garden and greenery. The cocktails bar! Very good breakfast.

Negative: The room we received for the kids ( 101 facing a concrete wall.) The food at the restaurant at night time was below the excepted standard of the hotel!!
