Positive: Great staff who were eager to make sure we were comfortable. Absolutely neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Clean and properly laid out bathroom. Decent amount of parking spaces, probably for about 4 cars. Easy access to restaurants.

Negative: The room was too small and congested. Too many furniture items which made moving around extremely difficult. Breakfast could have been better.

Positive: Booked this hotel during the admission process for our kids at NIT Calicut. A 10min drive proximity made us zero in on the property. Good, clean spacious rooms. Adequate parking space available. Wifi enabled rooms, TV, large bath, hot water, kettle, etc
