Positive: Their service was brilliant. Always happy to help,polite and professional. Their location too
Negative: Their price is not value for money. Too expensive for accommodation provided. No hot water in the morning to shower coz the pipes were frozen (how about getting a boiler). Food served for dinner was unconsumable.

Negative: Fireplace sucks all the air out of the room. It definitely warms up the rooms....but, to the point you need top open windows. Better options to regulate temperature would be great.
