Positive: the property is great that is all one level as my mother stays with us as well and she is 91. There is a lot of room to spread out. The yard is great not too big

Negative: The 1 thing is that it states that there are double beds which I took sheets for and they are actually queen size.

Summary: The house is in a great location close to both beaches. Not too far from the local shops. we will be returning to Hawks
