Positive: The location was good, the bed extremely comfortable the place was spotless and the shower was a good size. The complimentary jam and cream and the milk in the fridge was a nice gesture.

Negative: I wasn't keen on the washing up facilities, it was a bit of a faff. I think the accommodation is ideal for the single traveller. If the weather is bad and you didn't want to venture out then I think it would feel a bit cramped for a couple. However, it would be excellent for two people when the weather is good because you can utilise the decking area outside which has a great view of the harbour.

Summary: I was there a solo traveller and it was great for a short stay.

Positive: Sandy Paws is a cosy, en-suite room in a great location, perfect for our short break in Portreath. The accommodation was well maintained and spotlessly clean and we both slept well a combination of fresh air and a really comfy bed. The owner Juliette communicated well and the the scones (jam first) were a nice touch.

Negative: Nothing of note apart from the folding chairs for the external balcony were a bit finicky to collapse, (probably my ham fisted-ness so apologies)

Positive: Wow,what can I say other than perfection, girl friend an an I went to visit my mum an dad in ilogen, we had 3 lovely nights at sandy paws, a lovely room,excellent shower big enough for 2, soo many nice touches, the scones were imiditly scoffed, with the cream an jam. Such a lovely place literally 2 minutes walk from the beach. We will definitely be back again an again to visit,

Negative: Parking can be an issue, but we came by motorcycle,so no problem for us.
