Positive: Aquatika is a great place to stay for families with children of all ages. It has several fun pools and access to the beach. The grounds are very well kept, and we felt safe all the time. The units are old and some need a little updating. Our condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with silverware, pots, pans, dishes, etc.

Positive: Great apartment near the port. The entrance is somewhat deceptive but once you enter the apartment and see the facilities you become very happy. We visited Estepona for my daughter's wedding and we even hosted an evening get together on the apartment balcony for 10 family members ..more than enough space..

Negative: The street the apartment is located on is very very steep so not suitable for everyone

Summary: We love the apartment and its facilities very very clean and well equipped in the kitchen etc

Negative: Location, beach, pools, furniture no cold water as well as ice maker has no proper filter ice tasted horrible. Things not wiped down, window shades very old school didn't work properly on all windows.
