Positive: Great shop. Lovely chalet. Great site.

Negative: Outside chalet seating and outdoor pillows were dirty and unusable. On our first night we went to Aburey's restaurant and received a very chilly welcome from staff even though it was only 7pm and the restaurant was not busy. We did not go back.

Positive: It was a nice lodge with everything you needed. Good outlook into the woods and seeing the wildlife.

Negative: Needed a little TLC in some areas spa bath didn’t work. TV channels were old programming some Netflix would be good. Decking was rotten by the gate. Small gate so the dog could not get out would have been good.

Positive: Location, beautiful surround great walk around. Kitchen equipment great, but didn’t come to cook, shower descent size.

Negative: I was happy with superior caravan , I think need to stress in advert no towels, shampoo soap, would have brought them if known. Also 1 bin bag was not enough, had to go to supermarket to get the supplies, arrived evening. Not really anything wrong ideal for 4 people but not 6
