Positive: Beautiful area! A nice guarded beach on one side and serene sand dunes on the other side of the hotel. The landscaping of the hotel grounds are also mostly very beautiful and well-kept. The pool area is great! It was easy to rent a scooter from the hotel, and they were helpful with getting me picked up correctly by my airport shuttle. The area is prime for kite surfers! The nearby village has most of what one would need, and if you’re looking for seafood this area is the place for you. The village and the resorts east of it are, however, not very vegetarian friendly — though I would highly recommend taking a ride or scooter to the middle area of the main Mui Ne beach for dinners. The staff were friendly, but not overly attentive — likely due to the upcoming Tet holiday.

Negative: Housekeeping came at 08:35, and also the following day, despite having been told that 1) it was much too early, and 2) that I had no need for it. The dining area by the pool closed and turned off the lights at 22:00 sharp, and when I asked if there were any other places I could continue reading or have a drink I was informed that there was not. No bar open till late as advertised on the website. Breakfast from 06:30 to 09:30 is very un-resort-like. Most people come to relax. It was also underwhelming in quality — especially the two first days. The workout room was.. lousy. Despite having a great location almost on the beach, most of the very little available equipment is rusty. Missing several details as indicated online, including no fully stocked minibar, no seasonal fruit basket. The villas are nice-looking, very clean, but the fact that the entry and bathroom area is not air conditioned and has open vents straight out was not very pleasant. The bathtub looks great, but having a hot bath in a humid room is not very appealing. There was an understandable focus on the upcoming Tet-holiday, but given they were open and had but a handful of guests, the visitors should still get their full experience they are paying for — which is among the highest in the area.

Positive: The direct access to the beach is great, also we had the beach to ourselves. The breakfast offers a good variety of food and you eat outside next to the pool in the shade which is very nice. The room was spacious and we had a good view onto the water. The resort is a bit outside of Mui Ne and therefore it is more quiet and less crowded (something we enjoyed a lot); there are still some restaurants within walking distance but it is better to have a motorbike or get a ride.

Negative: Some things are a bit run-down, however, it is not surprising given that you are that close to the sea (beach/sand/saltwater). There's a big construction zone for another hotel or a new part next to the resort.

Summary: If you enjoy quiet evenings and a beach for yourself, this is for you!

Positive: It was OK, busy weekend there as it was a holiday in Vietnam, all in all I would probably go back there. The resort is right on the beach which is nice and it is not to far from restaurants and bars, it is focused on local tourism which is a plus and a minus. Room was nice enough and resort was fine, I like to have a gym, there is not one at this resort and food offerings are slim but as I said close to lots of other options.

Negative: For the money we paid on a very busy weekend I think it was all pretty good.

Summary: Nice enough and a great location, if you want to stay somewhere decent on a budget, great option.

Positive: Some Nice rooms but some very outdated

Negative: Booking.com advertised a room with bath tub and balcony and I paid extra to booking to upgrade and when we arrived we were given a smaller older basic room with no bath tub or balcony. The staff made us pay more money to move to a nicer room. Our friends who paid less and didn’t upgrade were all given nicer rooms than us when they checked in. It was very frustrating and took over one hour to get our new room.
