Please note this house is mostly Unfurnished at the moment. It does have a fridge and freezer, dining table and outdoor day seats . Architecturally designed & renovated family home with bay views and across the road from the beach. 4 plus bedrooms, study or fifth bedroom, three living areas (or 6th bedroom) and three bathrooms.

200 metres to shops, train station, library, cafes, restaurants, pub, life saving club and sandringham yacht club .

5 minute walk to the train station - 27 minute train trip to Melbourne city centre.

Summary: The location of this house was perfect for the beach, shops and cafes. And it was a great space for our group of 6. However we were disappointed by the standard of cleanliness generally. We had to wash many items of crockery & glasses before use. The beds were comfortable but standard of bedding used was poor. The deck was overlooked by a house built in the garden and we were very aware of the close proximity of our neighbours. Some of the sun loungers were broken and all the cushions were stained & filthy. The pool area & pool were not the cleanest and taking pride of place in the garden was the eyesore of a dilapidated skateboard ramp which was long overdue to be demolished. Overall, we made the most of our time in this property, but throughout it is very tired and in urgent need of TLC.

Summary: A beautiful place to stay, in a fantastic location. Everything you could possibly need was within a 5 minute walk; cafes, restaurants, trains, beach... Gorgeous quirky little nooks and crannies within the house made the place feel like home from home. I would definitely recommend this place to families or groups. The host was friendly and available if we had any questions too.

Summary: Excellent place to stay. Gorgeous house! Walking distance to the beach, shops etc. the kitchen was great to cook in and well stocked with the basics. Great outdoor BBQ area too. And plenty of room for everybody. Highly recommended!

Summary: Awesome house to stay with a group of friends for a holiday. We had 4 couples and it worked out perfect! The house has everything you need and is like a home away from home. The pool and spa were a nice retreat after a long day of shopping! Easy walk to train station, supermarket, bars,restaurants,cafs, and beach. And Sandringham is such a nice area to stay in, and convention to get to the city by train approx 30mins. We had a great holiday! Highly recommend!!
