Positive: Very comfortable and clean, has mostly everything you need. All we missed was a bottle opener however this was not an issue at all.

Negative: The only thing we found slightly confusing was the check in and check out process. We weren’t sure whether to call or ring the bell or where to leave the key. Its great that the property owner does not bother you during the stay however maybe adding these small instructions would help clear things up.

Summary: Great location, comfortable and excellent value for money!

Positive: The location was really nice... close to the town centre but somehow located in the woods/park. It seems the house consists of two units, we used one of them (the one upstairs). The whole flat is refurbished, modern, large windows facing the garden)... in the kitchen, you have everything you normally need to prepare a quick meal. The bathroom was spacious. The hosts were great... not too pushy but were there in case we needed anything. I liked the extra touches like having a piece of chocolate placed on the bed on arrival, TVs, a coffee machine + free coffee capsules (actually some additional ones were provided during our stay)... and the bed was fantastic. Free parking is available nearby (about 50 m from the entrance of the house).

Summary: Definitely high up on my list in Leoben

Positive: Everything was nice, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Fridge had a lot of drinks too! Lovely location, next to the forest very peaceful. Tea and coffee was also great!

Negative: Some more cooking tools would be appreciated since super markets are far and not many food destinations around. And perhaps some less drinks and a few breakfast essentials :). The pillows also a bit big and hurt a bit my neck but I didn't have much trouble sleeping.

Positive: Very nice apartment with friendly hosts. The hosts made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet location and about a 20m walk to the city center. There is a 5km forest walk that you can start in the street if you want to have a small hike with family. We recommend this apartemt when visiting Leoben!

Positive: This apartment was wonderful and a surprise at how nice it is inside! We (husband/wife, adult son) stayed for 1 night on a trip to Vienna. The host met us and walked us through the apartment on arrival. We had cold water in the frig waiting for us, and the apartment is beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. We had 1 problem that was not expected. The washing machine was broke. We had been traveling for a week, and planned to do our laundry at this location before we got to Vienna, so we had full laundry for 3 people. When we contacted the owner, she offered to wash our clothes for us. She retrieved our laundry, washed it, hung it out to dry, and they gave it back to us the next morning! We all know that things can always go wrong, something can break, or other unplanned things happen. When the owner/host steps in and takes care of it - that counts! 10/10 for this property and the owners!

Positive: Accomodation in private house, owner's family living downstairs. Very nice people, appartement is completely newly reconstructed, all superb clean, we stayed for two nights and we felt really well treated. Except coffee and tea we found water and some beers in the fridge. Appartement is spacious with kitchen with all you need to make a breakfast or refreshment for the trip. Humorous detail was couple of condoms prepared in bed table :-)
