Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much, and the house location and backyard were wonderful. The was some indication that there was a spa in the listing, but the owner clarified this and apologized for the mixup. The house was organized, clean, and comfortable with beautiful backyard space!

Summary: This house has everything one needs - beauty, spaciousness, amenities, magnificent sunrises and sunsets, access to all of Albuquerque within 25 minutes, access to hiking close by, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, beautiful private backyard, lots of light (both natural and creative house lighting) and the owner, who was always a delight to work with. Thank you.

Summary: This house, property and views are better than the pictures. The living area is open and airy with beautiful floor to ceiling windows to view the mountains and wildlife outside. The kitchen is large and very functional, with lots of storage space, we enjoyed cooking and gathering with the family for meals. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with incredible views of the Sandia Mountains. Great place to chill and enjoy a beautiful evening. The owner is extremely responsive and a joy to rent from. I stayed here with my family for a month and plan to do it again next year if it is available. Highly recommend!
