Positive: Large, warm and very clean accommodation. Exceptionally well equipped, especially the kitchen. The host left fresh bread, bacon, sausages, eggs and fruit juice in the fridge which was appreciated as we arrived at the accommodation quite late in the evening. Make sure you follow the host's instructions for getting to the property - not google maps!!! We drove 7 miles through very narrow country lanes in the dark which we could have avoided if we had followed the instructions sent to us by the host.

Negative: Nothing! Everything has been thought of to make the guest's stay as comfortable as possible.

Summary: Highly recommend!

Positive: This was self catering. Our host left us a bacon ,sausage,tomato and egg breakfast in the fridge for the next day. There was milk,tea,coffee and sugar available to use. The location for us was ideal as we were situated in the centre for the places we wished to visit. Host and family were all very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend Sandhurst for a relaxing time away. Excellent.

Positive: The host and family were so warm and friendly. They greeted us when we arrived and handed us some beautiful provisions for our breakfast the next day, which was a very kind and thoughtful gesture, some wonderful, fresh bread, milk, eggs, sausage, bacon and croissants too. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you would need on your stay which again was a very kind and helpful extra. The views and area that the accommodation is situated are absolutely stunning!

Negative: Nothing! Everything was just perfect!

Summary: Beautiful accommodation, wonderful hosts, brilliant local amenities and close to the sea too.

Positive: Spacious, clean, everything you may want to use, such as quality pots and pans, 2 ovens, dishwasher, laundry machine, and the list goes on! The owners are there should you need them. Large bathroom with heated floor (!) plus supplies and accessories. The double bed is comfortable. A no fault weeklong rental for us. Kate, the owner, even had fresh eggs, bread, bacon there for us to start off the next day. We really appreciated this and all other attentions. Note: a car is an absolute must.

Negative: Everything was great so nothing detrimental to report.

Summary: No hesitation, this is a wonderful rental.

Positive: This is our 3rd stay with in the year!! Absolutely love this place. Its just nice sometimes to get away from city life and enjoy some peaceful countryside. Will be booking to stay again soon!! The family who own the place are such lovely people:) very welcoming and leave some goodies for the first morning of the stay - tomatoes, milk, apple juice, bacon , sassagues, bread and croissants. Along with some tea coffee ect. Already looking forward to our 4th stay!!
