Positive: Big enough space and technically enough beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice space. It was within walking distance of the beach.

Negative: The fold out futons were uncomfortable. Another couch is needed. Pile of dirt left from cleaning crew? There was no can opener.

Summary: My family was happy to have their separate spaces in a well kept house.

Positive: There was no breakfast, we made our own breakfast but the kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The location was great, conveniently close to the beach.

Negative: The power went out in one of the rooms, but other than that everything else was great. Also, in the pictures there was a small playset for little kids but that was no longer there nor an outside grill that was also in the pictures. Those were things we hoped would be there but we made due.

Summary: Sandcastle Retreat was a lovely stay, our family enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness.

Positive: Loved the spacious rooms and the fact that they had their bathrooms.

Negative: We had lost power in one of the rooms and we called to get it fixed and they never did during our stay and we had to use our lights at night to look around.

Summary: Overall good just what I have loved that they fixed our problem..

Negative: The couches are in need of cleaning or replacement. Heavy stains on fabric. The front door (split double doors) needs the deadbolt on the swing door replaced or repaired, it did not relic after we had opened obi doors. Not sure what it needs, but facility cannot be secured with the door not being able to lock.

Summary: Overall the sty was enjoyed by all, just could have been improved with a few updates

Positive: Big Beautiful Roomy Home in a nice location.

Negative: Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Used lawnchairs as furniture. Black mold in the Master BR Closet. No BBQ GAS GRILL, No playhouse in yard . BikeBuggy broken, no emergency cancellation allowed.

Summary: Would Book another stay.
