Positive: Was such a lovely atmosphere and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms and in fact the hotel had everything you could possible need. We had an accessible room which was amazing for my friends needs making our stay even more enjoyable and stress free.

Positive: The rooms were clean and the facilities were very good. Staff were helpful.

Negative: No advance notice/warning that we could not eat in the restaurant or use the sports bar on the day of our arrival, as there was an event there. We had to go outside to the restaurant for breakfast.
