Positive: The accommodation was clean with nice decor and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Negative: The bathroom door would not open easily when inside and we struggled to get out on at least 2 occasions.The fridge looked clean but had a nasty smell when opened.

Positive: If you want a quiet place this is the one the beach is amazing the apartment was lovely everything you need is there real home from home

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the balcony could do with a revamp just a quick lick of paint to make it feel more welcoming and some dust on tv and lamps

Positive: Fantastic help from them due to unforeseen circumstances, cannot thank enough!! Excellent parking, location, secure property. Tram stop, cafe, supermarket , small amusements, pubs, nearby. Everything we needed...fab nights sleep. Will Def stay again.

Negative: I find it hard to think of any bad points. If anything ...there are stairs to some of the rooms so if you have mobility problems ask for ground floor.

Positive: Clear communications giving arrangements for keys. Flexible arrival times. Allocated parking space. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Easy heating controls. Right by the sea front and tram stop but in a quiet area.

Negative: The single bed wasn't very comfortable for an adult. Not much storage for clothing.

Positive: Facilities were great, location was good

Negative: Parking around the back was tricky to find, and to park with a bigger car. We also had a delivery driver walk into our apartment asking me if I was working ( I was in my dressing gown and my husband had popped out so I didn’t lock!) We also had someone trying to try the handle to get in on another morning, although the door was locked. I’m guessing they use this apartment to work the reception occasionally?

Positive: Clean, comfortable and in a super location - close to tram and nice restaurants and take aways. Fabulous shower. By far the nicest area in Blackpool.. Good communication. Suited 3 of us well. Parking on-site was very handy.

Negative: Tricky to find the parking (could have been us!).
