Summary: I loved how peaceful it was. The politeness of the hotel cleaning crew. The cleanliness of the room. The Harry Potter experience was amazing, I highly recommend doing it if you're staying there. The Tuscan restaurant food was delicious.

Summary: We stayed for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest experience, to make it easier for travel. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the property was. The amount of wildlife around. Wallabies, birds, and possums were testimony to how well looked after the grounds are and how safe they all feel. The pavilion we stayed in was perfect! Everything we needed was available, iron, mini bar, instructions and welcome information, as well as private, and lovely shower. The wine tasting we treated ourselves too was really nice! The 2 young lads who helped us pink the wines and shared all their knowledge was fabulous, as we are newbies to the whole experience. We bought 3 bottles of wine by the end! Oops! Thank you to the staff and the lovely receptionist that made sure we had everything we needed for our short but perfect overnight stay.
