Positive: Very nice rooms, very good breakfast, beautiful location.

Negative: In the beginning it was a bit confusing, how to book for spa procedures, but in the end it was clear that it has to be done separately from the general hotel reception.

Positive: The rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is very good. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Check-in from 3:00 PM. We arrived at 10:00 AM, they checked the rooms and we were able to move in.

Negative: We had hoped to spend more time in the pool and saunas. The water is cool, the spaces are very uncomfortably cold, there is no place to put shampoo in the showers. The men's showers had cold water. Saunas are open for a short time from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, swimming pool until 8:00 PM. The pillows are very small.

Positive: The swimming pool do not work at our visit time, so it was not to much to do except go for a walk or do body treatment at their SPA. I have booked foot scrub, massage and wax treatment and face massage. Beauty therapist Inga is so good, pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend her. Get nice 2 hours relax and new, younger face look and fresh soft feet's. Thank you Inga.

Negative: Smell in the corridor's, no coffee machine in the room. Booking can inform about closed swimming pool.
