Positive: Never before have I been welcomed with such hospitality and kindness at a place to stay where I didn’t know the hosts personally beforehand. Dewi, Ria, Antonio and all the staff made sure we felt like we were staying with friends or with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. They provided us a lot of information and a lot of help for getting around and discovering the attractions of the area. The accommodation is simply beautiful: a dreamlike garden, a lovely little pool, and tasteful interiors that were designed either by a professional or by someone with the skill of a professional. The kitchen also deserves a special mention.

Positive: Some places are beautiful. Others make you feel like you belong. Sananda Aryani gave us both. We came for four nights of relaxation and left feeling like we’d found family and a definite place to return too. The villas are large, private and peaceful, beautifully designed and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Mornings by the pool and massages in the beautiful outdoor spa, with nothing but birdsong and the scent of frangipani, made it almost impossible to think about the outside world. It was easy to chill out and watch TV after a refreshing swim or sit outside in the pagoda to read along with a refreshing margarita. But what truly makes this place unforgettable are the people. Dewi cared for us with such warmth and kindness that we quickly felt part of her family too. Alberto and Ria have created something very special here. They welcomed us not as guests, but as friends and that feeling stayed with us throughout our entire stay. One of our favourite memories was being taken to the local market to buy fresh ingredients to cook together. It wasn’t just a holiday…it was a chance to experience a little of the real Lovina through generous and genuine people. Dewi is happy to make a yummy breakfast each morning with nice Bali coffee, a snack during the day is no problem and even dinner. So there’s really no need to go anywhere. Grab can also deliver any basics should they be required. We arrived hoping to relax. We left rested, grateful and already planning our return. Next time we’ll spend a little more time exploring Lovina and its beautiful surrounds…although it will be hard to leave the serenity of Sananda Aryani. Thank you, Dewi, Alberto, Ria and everyone who made us feel so at home. We won’t soon forget you. And thank you Bagus for the tail wags. Update: there is AC and TVs in the rooms too. Pool towels, tea, coffee and everything you may need. The linens and towels are luxurious…the pillows are the best I’ve ever slept on!

Positive: It was beautiful and well kept. The room and bathroom were very nice, and the grounds were stunning. The family was wonderful and very attentive. We really loved that it was eco conscious, and very thoughtful about waste.
Negative: No AC, so it was very hot with sleeping. Also due to no AC, there were tons of mosquitos and lots of little ants. The ants weren’t a big problem, as you can just brush them off the bed, but the mosquitos were a lot to deal with. Also, the path down to the bungalow had a lot of uneven steps and some slippery rocks, so use caution.

Positive: EVERYTHING!! The place is just beautiful and Dewi was the best host ever. Always taking care of us like we were family. She arranged for me to get a table in the bungalow so I could work. Her and Al brought our food to our bungalow. They were so kind we were sad to leave.
Negative: A fridge and a kettle would be nice but Dewi kept our food in her fridge and brought hot water whenever we needed some.
Summary: Best stay in Bali in 2 months. We will come back anytime.

Positive: Super big clean room! Multiple beds you can use for a group. Very clean and amazing family. They are so kind!! The wife made me a to go fruit platter for the dolphin swimming early the next morning. Great find and location for swimming with dolphins! Ceiling fan was great too.
Negative: Just make sure to keep the bathroom door shut because part of the bathroom opens up to outside.

Positive: We liked a lot the very beautiful garden, the nature, the silence, the big room and the nice people (they helped us with everything) But you need a scooter or a car to get to Lovina beach (also Grab is OK for 25k)

Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect! I had a huge bungalow all for myself, the veranda is enormous and had a hammock. The garden is wonderful and gives you great privacy. The staff is amazing really. The food was delicious. Couldn't wish for more! I can't wait to book again!

Positive: Lovely place, with a lovely staff and huge garden to walk around. It was very regenerative to be there. No AC but the room was cool enough and the wifi is low in the room but has a good speed in the kitchen (in case you work online)
