Positive: + location - close to many restaurants, bars and grocery stores; bus station to get to the center was a few minutes away + comfort of beds

Negative: - link did not work to access the building via remote access - staff advised to call other inhabitants of the building and ask them to open the main door - some of the facilities needed maintenance (fridge was full of ice, electrical wires were hanging out of the socket, iron for clothes was coming apart) - I notified the staff and they said they will send somebody to do maintenance - hope the next guest will not have these issues - sound proofing was poor - we could hear the neighbors above making a lot of noise - presumably a kid playing on the floor with his toys; also we could hear 2 neighbors discussing or having a fight (they were yelling) in the interior patio of the building
