Positive: The property was very welcoming and home-like. The staff were friendly and helpful! The food for breakfast was amazing - fresh fruit, various coffees, sweet pastry, cereal, meats, eggs, breads, nuts and many spreads!! The room was clean, comfy and spacious. Location was sublime, close to shops and bars.

Summary: Made my trip to Bergamo such a wonderful, exciting and safe travel experience!

Positive: It was a nice hotel. Very peaceful place and at night, it is very quiet. There is a self check in option which is also seamless but for the first time it may require additional guidance from the staff. The staff is very cooperative and respond to your request in a timely manner. If you require a taxi, the staff can assist in arranging the taxi which will make your journey from the airport to the hotel very convenient.
