The space

The gracious entry opens to a large dining & living room w/ beautiful custom cabinetry surrounding a wood-burning fireplace and glimpses of the Marina Green and SF Bay.
The functional eat-in kitchen features maple cabinets, Corian counters, gas oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & decorative balcony. 3 spacious bedrooms (one of which opens to a rear deck w/ spiral staircase leading to the garden), a full bath, linen closet & wet bar complete this level.
