Positive: The apartment offers a great view. It's safe, cozy and it was easy to get to. Christian speaks English and it was easy to correspond with him. There is a grocery store around the corner. The Parque Metropolitano and Pio Nono area are a short walk from the house.

Positive: The host was super friendly and contactable. Kitchen was basic. Bed was comfortable. Space was a good size. Something to note is that you have to pay in cash

Negative: Unfortunately the gym and pool wasn’t open for this apartment only for people who live in the building full time. But the host was unaware of the changes of rules and apologised.

Positive: The host was great and very helpful. He answered any and all questions I had before arriving at the accommodation, days before. The accommodation itself was very clean and big enough (the shower was very big, which I like). Certainly very good value for money. I was told the actual location itself could be a little unsafe after a certain time at night, but I never had any issues. It was very close to one part of the city with great nightlife and restaurants, but a little far to the actual main centre - which I didn't mind as I like to walk anyway. There's a big supermarket about 50 metres from the place.

Negative: The only thing I would say is that it needed more (and bigger) pots and pans for me too cook with. There was only a tiny pot and a tiny frying pan that looked a little old and I had to cook one thing first and then another and then another. But this was not a real big issue.

Summary: Nice and clean and great value for money. Great host.

Positive: Loved how clean everything was Comfortable couch and huge TV with Netflix, utube etc on it Great super fast wifi Loved that coffee/tea/sugar and some basics like oil were available for cooking Kitchen is well equipped Loved the balcony with the table to sit there and Loved the barstools The area is good not far from the old town and easy to go up the little hill next door

Negative: Pool was closed as it was still to early and cold. Shame as that was one of the reasons I booked this place Going to the gym was not as straightforward as just going there, you needed to book a time slot so I never went

Positive: This is a good small appartement for 1-2 people, 10-15 min by walk from Cerro Blanco metro station, there is also a supermarket 1 min from the apartment. You can go to the Funiculaire of Certo San Cristobal. I recommend this appartement.
