Negative: Overpriced , outdated kitchen sink porclein was chipped ,curtains where not ironed , kitchen floor was coming up and had been stapled down , no hangers , no bath mats , very cheap furniture, windows were rusted and didn't open easily , the bedding was very good , overall it was overpriced and outdated, also heat didn't work, it was clean on arrival however the condo had been closed up and the thermostat read 85.

Summary: San Clemente is our vacation spot , 7 yrs. now this was our 1st bad experience.

Negative: One of the neighbors had a barking dog one of the afternoons and their children kept slamming the door, so it was right next to our bed room, so it was difficult to sleep for a couple nights The living room fan light did not work, nor did the hall light work I wish there would’ve been a broom in the room because even if we weren’t at the beach, there was still sand on the floor so we had to take our own beach towels and wipe it out the front door ! We also could never figure out how to get into the garage to use some of the beach miscellaneous, but that was OK. The staff was wonderful! And definitely not enough bath towels for the week only one per person there was three of us ! We did bring our own beach towels and use those. All in all it was a really nice vacation.

Positive: The location is great.

Negative: The check in was a huge pain. Wrong info was sent and it took almost an hour to get the correct code info. After 11 hours of travel it was extremely irritating.

Summary: This place has an awesome location; you won’t beat it for the price. But it’s pretty meh otherwise.
