Positive: Layout, equipment, plenty of space, helpful owner, newness of everything, had a safe

Negative: Lack of parking. We had to park at least 100m away up a side street every day and night. We were concerned about the cars safety and, due to the narrowness of the roads, about if getting scratched/bumped. Also some traffic noise. Tip, keep the bathroom door closed

Positive: It is a lovely house in the old part of Arezzo. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is large and even has a dishwasher and I like the fact that it is a split level house. So you sleep on a different level then you cook and live. Just to mention, it is an open concept, so you can't close the door to the bedroom. Parking is very convenient, just in front of the house.

Negative: I was not able to control the heating. It went on and off at certain times, so I felt either too hot or too cold. The furniture of the house has a very high standard, so I do not understand the low standard of the bed. The bed felt hard like a wooden plank, covered with a plastic bag. The latter you can actually take literally...

Negative: As we live in the bigger historical center town of Europe, we know that park a car can be difficult, but a free park of a sport center can solve the problem

Positive: A very comfortable and practical apartment. There was a lot of space for two people. The host brought extra sheets for the sofa bed very quickly when I asked for them.

Negative: The traffic and street noise can be quite loud. It’s not very bright inside but I guess that is why it stays lovely and cool in hot weather.
