Positive: The hotel is new and a gem exceptionally clean modern and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water, and fluffy towels. Rooms are a very good size and staff are fluent in English and very helpful. We are staying again in a week's time and are really looking forward to it. A 5 star experience at a very reasonable price. Keep up this standard please and that you all for making our stay a great one.

Positive: I liked everything at this hotel. From the friendly, professional staff, the very high standard of cleanliness, the convenient location so close to Pak Nam BTS station and the 7/11 opposite. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. This is not the first time I have stayed here and it will not be the last.

Positive: It’s my second time here - The staffs are AMAZING as always - Looks like it’s far from bkk center, in fact you can walk to bts and it takes not so long to reach the center. With car you go via praram 3. There’s traffic jam during rush hour but not very much after that. - I complained last time about the smoking spots. They fix it IMMEDIATELY and I found they even have no smoking sign - close to eveything, bts, convenient stores - parking is inside - bed is comfy room is clean, the kitchen is clean - charger in my room went out of battery but the hotel manage it VERY quickly. Within 5 minutes everything is solved

Negative: - a bit noisy from low civic sense guests because the hall way is quite close, it reflects noises but not a big deal - there’s a heavy smoking scent in the lift. Ozone machine will help.

Positive: I have stayed here before and that is why I chose to stay here again. The staff here are excellent, professional and very friendly. I had no issues during my stay here, the whole visit went very smoothly. This hotel is located very close to the local BTS station, approximately 50 metres between them. There is a 7/11 opposite the hotel and a small sea food restaurant. The fact that the main Sukhumwit Road is very close by means, as well as the BTS, you have easy access to taxis, Grab and song-tews constantly passing this location. The room was very clean and modern with kitchen, living room and large cupboards in the bedroom. The bed was large and very comfortable. The cafe in the lobby provides delicious drinks, I actually look forward to my coffees or matcha lattes here. I have stayed here before and will stay here again when I am in the area. To the staff, once again, "Thank you very much", you were all excellent and help make my visits even more special.
