Positive: Very new hotel, comfortable beds, large pool and well equipped gym. Fabulous and diverse breakfast.
Negative: Roof bar expensive with relatively mediocre food, staff keen to help but don't understand hospitality principles- we were disturbed twice at 10.30pm with a billing query despite explaining in French and English we would sort it with reception in the morning.

Positive: The breakfast is not what I would expect from a hotel of this category. However, the location is good and easy to access.
Negative: They should offer more variety: different types of bread, honey, pancakes, more cheese options, fruits, and fresh juice.

Positive: The hotel is really nice. For me it is the best hotel in Dakar. It was my first time and I can see that the room are of a higher quality and design than the Terrou Bi or Sofitel.
Negative: I have asked during the booking to have a room far from the elevator and without carpet. They replied and acknowledged my request. I was surprised that my room was near the elevator and the carpet wasn’t removed. I have asked a second time during my stay nothing was done.
Summary: Great new hotel they just need to do better for the services
