Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Large room, plenty of natural light. Many markets around, including Tesco 3 min walk. BUS station across the entry door. Underground station 8-10 min walk. Very clear indication how to get to the address and obtain the key. No direct interaction was made. Sleeping sofa is not the most comfortable one, but we use it w/o problem for the full week

Negative: We initially booked another ap. from the same company, but they re-booked us to another one due to some pluming problems(as it was said). The initial one was having a better structure(at least from the pictures) If you stay more than couple of days, some cleaning stuff(e.g: broom/mop - specially for the bathroom floor water) would help. Also, 1-2 chairs would be nice. The streets around are a little bit dirty, with cartoon and other trashes around but is something not related to owner. In the end is up to each and one of us. You can hear the neighbors though the walls but depends how lucky you are :). We had only few moments when they were making noise. I believe our kids did more :)

Summary: overall, a very good ratio price/quality.

Positive: The property is lovely and specious, perfect for family. It had a lot of facilities needed, and in a great quiet location close to shops and bus stops. I don't mind booking it again, lovely home.

Negative: They had a washer and a dryer which is superb as I managed to wash some of kids clothes, but no iron available.

Summary: Lovely home, we really enjoyed our stay at Sam's home.

Positive: Just outside the beach, literally a private door directly outside to get to the beach. Chill family and big room Nice position

Negative: My room wasn't like the photos ahah But still good, very simple place, not so comfortable bed. Good for one or two nights.
