Negative: The kitchen in the room was lacking of dishes and cleaning options. The spa is weird and expensive. Use of the jacusi cost 50 euros

Positive: Our balcony was really nice. It was a corner balcony so we got the sun most of the evening.

Negative: We had quite a lot of issues with the property and we addressed these with the staff and they never apologised. Firstly, the breakfast was not 4 star standard. The eggs were cold every morning and the coffee machine continuously broke down. On the first day our bin wasn’t changed and after mentioning this to the staff we never received an apology. Our toilet flush also didn’t work, again no apology. Be warned about the sunbed situation. They only have 8 adjustable sunbeds, 4 double sunbeds and then the rest is rattan sunbeds which are extremely uncomfortable. On our first day we were unable to even get a sunbed because the staff were allowing guests to put towels out and also take a double bed as well as a sunbed. I expect there to be a sunbed for each guest if you are advertising this. Again, no apology from the staff. She said she was going to speak to her colleague and come back and never did. Also be warned about the shuttle bus. They advertise this as quite a good thing but in hindsight there’s only one bus down at 9:10am and then nothing until 6:30pm. The last bus from the town is 10:30pm so quite early and they also drop you off 5 mins out of the town. They really need to introduce an afternoon service.

Positive: 1) The view from the balcony was amazing 2) The room and the outdoor pool were very clean 3) The staff was very helpful and always willing to answer any questions we had 4) It was great that the hotel provided a shuttle bus to and from the city center

Negative: 1) Even though the entrance of the spa indicated that the spa was open from 11 am to 6 pm, we were only able to book massages between 5 pm and 7 pm, and not simultaneously (i.e., we could not have a couples massage together). 2) The breakfast was very poor, with limited food and drink options that were not up to the standard of a four-star hotel 3) The service of the shuttle bus was infrequent and could benefit from more routes 4) It was very unpleasant that every morning our breakfast was interrupted by bees and wasps, and we were not warned about this in advance. If you have a bee or wasp allergy—or simply do not want to eat in fear of being stung—you may want to reconsider. Unfortunately, the indoor seating for breakfast, lunch, or dinner was very limited. 5) The hotel restaurant offered limited options for lunch and dinner.

Positive: Lovely hotel with fantastic accommodations and friendly, professional staff. I will definitely come to stay here again when I return to Parga! Also highly recommend a massage - one of the best I’ve had.
