Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was ideal for us, conveniently close to all the activities we love in the area. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The views from the decks were outstanding; although there wasn't much foliage to see this year, it was still refreshing to be able to step outside or open the doors for fresh air while we were at the condo. If it was cooler out, we would have taken advantage of the fireplace.

Negative: We experienced a minor issue with one of the TVs, where the Roku device wasn't functioning properly. However, this problem was resolved after I contacted Vacasa. The Wifi was a little slow, which made getting work done slightly difficult. The refrigerator has some sort of water dripping on the top shelf. The "welcome package" that included sample sizes of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and a sponge was cool, but it only included one bag of the laundry detergent. This honestly comes off as cheap. We've stayed at other rentals where there was a full bottle of laundry detergent and a box of dryer sheets. As it was, we wanted to be able to wash and dry the towels for the next renter, but we couldn't because we could only do one load of laundry. The closest good supermarket is 20+ minutes away, and, not for nothing, I'm not going to buy a bottle of laundry detergent while I'm on vacation to have to bring it back home with me.

Summary: Overall, a great place to stay during a visit to this part of Vermont.

Positive: The property was clean, very spacious, a little outdated in some of its decoration/dressing but querky with it. The view of the greenery across the road from the main bedroom balcony at the back pf the house was nice to see in the mornings. It was good to have the 3 toilets/bathrooms. Washing machine and dryer used during our stay. It is a very quiet area and the next door neighbour very friendly.

Negative: The airconditioning needs to be extended into the two front bedrooms - they remained so hot and stuffy, fans were not enough to cool the room temperature to a comfortable level in these rooms, even when the master bedroom aircon was on (very noisy so it had to be turned off at night) and the bedroom doors left open to try to move the cool air through. The outdoor patio area was disappointly unmaintained - 3 dirty childrens school chairs, uneven slabs and overgrowing foliage, this area was a let down, therefore we didn’t use it like we should have. The main patio table and four chairs looked fairly new though.

Summary: A great location close to attractions, clean up and spacious home.

Positive: A great layout for a family or group planning a sporty our outdoor getaway. Centrally located in Quechee, there are stores and restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking. The house was well kitted out for our group. Easy to cook in the kitchen--all the necessary appliances. Bedrooms were flexible for our mixed group. Our favorite part was sitting in front of the fire and having time together.

Negative: We couldn't figure out how or if the garbage disposal worked.

Summary: Ideal VT getaway
