Summary: It was such an enjoyable stay and the hot spring was fantastic. Also the services...! It is located in the forest so the air the sounds of birds, insects.. just amazing.

Summary: Very good. The hotel staff are very nice and very friendly. I appreciate a lot of their hand-writing greetings. The food I had there for the dinner and breakfast are excellent.

Summary: We booked a cottage which was very far from the hotel but the hotel provided shuttle service which was very fast and convenient. Overall nice environment. Great experience in the Mud Onsen as there was a very helpful lady who guided us through the whole process by teaching us what to do. It was so fun and we had a great time there.
