Positive: Excellent location. Very cozy and warm property. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We could use bath (onsen) privately. The common space had an amazing collection of Japanese books. Check in check out was very smooth.

Negative: Second floor ladies washrooms did not have washlets. Had to go downstairs to use the toilet each time.
