Outside, a large private swimming pool (11 X 5) heated (from May 1) and secured by curtain and a terrace await you for lazing on deckchairs in the sun.
The 1,500 m2 enclosed garden with a pétanque court provides you with great tranquility facing the sea.
The villa is air conditioned and has a large fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room with large flat screen TV.
A large covered terrace accessible directly from the kitchen, will allow you to have lunch in the shade or dine with friends while contemplating the Mediterranean. It is equipped with a built-in barbecue.

Summary: This property is so beautiful. The landscaping creates a private oasis with magnificent views. The house is very well maintained with a well appointed kitchen, much appreciated laundry facility, and plenty of space for gathering. David is a very responsive and gracious host: a lovely holiday.

Summary: The view is splendid . Really lovely. David is a very attentive host and everything went really smooth. Thnx, that made it real easy. (check in and out). The airco in the bedrooms is very nice and welcome. Over all, we had a great stay at this villa.

Summary: Lovely house in very quiet, private area. Stunning sea views. Pool heated, but due to unseasonal poor weather we couldn't enjoy as much as hoped. Owner & caretakers all very responsive and friendly.

Summary: We spent a wonderful time. The house astonished with an incredible view and is placed in a very calm neighborhood. It is equipped with really everything you need (including binoculars to watch the ships passing the bay of St. Tropez or an ice cube machine....) and lies only 7 min away from St Maxime Beach or the shopping area. David and Natacha took care of perfectly and we thank both of them having had such a good time (David, thanks for the marvelous champagne!!). It was a perfect stay at a perfect place.... we say: Merci beaucoup...!

Summary: Our family has really enjoyed our time in this fine Villa. It has the most magnificent views we have seen on Cote d’Azur and we have several years of experience. The pictures give only a pale hint of the real life. The neighborhood is peaceful and the road up to hills is new and broad which is not a usual thing here. Garage is big enough for a family car and equipped with remote controlled door. Pool is very good for adults and kids with some swimming skills. It has enough size to really swim - not only cool down in afternoon heat. The whole pool area is nice and there is plenty of room. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you need for good time with family. Bedrooms have air-condition. The only thing you need to be aware of is that there are plenty of stairs from garage to second floor bedrooms. This may be an issue in some cases. If that is not a problem you certainly have a good time here! The owner David was very friendly and helpful with all the matters from the first contact through our holiday. Big thank you to David!
