Positive: Great location and a wonderful apartment with fantastic balconies with very comfortable sofas and chairs

Negative: Not much we didn’t love. Perhaps some cups in the kitchen and bowls. And we struggled a bit with the aircon but suspect that was user error.

Summary: Wonderful apartment with very helpful host. We’d happily return.

Positive: The property is a three bedroom apartment and with a family of four, this was excellent. It is only about 10 to 15 mins walk to the old harbour and only 20 minutes walk uphill to the Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde from where there is a magnificent view of the city. There are supermarkets nearby (5 minutes walk). The amenities inside the apartment are really superb including washing machine and drier. There are two terraces for when the weather is good. The sofa in the sitting room is very comfortable as are the beds. All in all, a very good experience.

Negative: The Hosts could do better by including written instructions in the apartment such as:- switching on and off of the alarm system, where to find the wi-fi box or include the wi-fi code in the instructions, the garage number so one is not left guessing, how to separate the rubbish and where to find the bins especially for the biological kitchen waste, and most of all what to do at the end on check-out regarding the garage remote and how to easily get the car out from the underground parking and return the remote to the apartment as it is not easy finding parking nearby at a convenient location for this. If one has kids that occasionally need some distraction, there is no TV in the apartment. The pillows are also way too big and the Hosts could therefore provide a variety. They could also provide additional beddings especially blankets and comforts in case one is cold. Otherwise the beds are very comfortable. None of these items is a deal breaker but if put into place it will make an excellent stay feel even greater.

Summary: Comfortable and cosy and quiet stay, magnificent.
