Positive: The location of this property is stunning! The floor plan is fabulous for a large group, family or not, enough room for everyone and separate spaces to have some privacy. Kitchen equipment supplied was good. Stunning garden.

Negative: Not much, normal seaside wear and tear although well maintained!

Positive: Large enough for my entire family without being squashed in. Bedroom layouts were perfect for my children and grandchildren. The location was 10/10. Didn’t need to go anywhere just relax on the balcony and watch the ocean

Positive: The house has been designed to connect you to the view and location of boat harbour and certainly achieves this . Boat Harbour is a magnificent mix of the best of one mile beach and shoal bay . Boat harbour is also located within 15 minutes from major retailers .

Negative: Could add blinds to the upper windows or full length curtains to reduce light at night time into the bedrooms . I am a bad sleeper. Otherwise the house is magnificent .

Summary: Magnificently designed and located house in perhaps the best locations on the east coast of NSW .
