Positive: It was a nice experience. Even with the language barrier, we could enjoy our stay in a comfortable environment. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. The onsen is great and the room is really big for 2 people, overall my husband and I were very happy with our stay and would recommend and stay again.

Positive: Getting to the Ryokan was straight forward. Taxis were mostly Toyota Yaris’ which made fitting two large suitcases impossible. A lovely local organised a larger taxi for us. Upon arriving, the staff were very hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They tried their absolute best to communicate with two native English speakers. Dinner was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh food. Breakfast was equally amazing. The room was clean and very well presented. The private onsen was the highlight for sure! Overall, this was a very memorable experience and I would highly recommend it.

Negative: I loved every second here. Nothing we didn’t like.

Positive: Absolutely amazing food! The whole experience was fantastic and I can’t recommend it enough. The onsen was lovely especially the outdoor one. There isn’t a lot of English spoken but that didn’t matter. The staff were so kind and really made our stay perfect.
