Positive: the look at it and proximity to ba be lake.

Negative: being accused of smoking in my room. seriously put me in a bad mood. restaurant staff have to be found as do the coffee shop staff. barking dogs. dirt on walls in bath room. it wiped off with my finger.

Summary: making a false accusation against me has ur me off ever staying at any of they’re resorts again.

Negative: The breakfast is advertised till 10.00 but at 8.45 when we arrived it had all been eaten by the tour group and the staff were surprised to see us. We ended up with a cup of lukewarm black coffee and a piece of dry toast. At check out, no one spoke English so was unable to complain and had to pay full price for room and breakfast. The night before in the restaurant the staff was not expecting any more customs. The tables had not been cleared from other dinners and we were told the Food would take an hour.

Positive: The resort matches to the standard. The room is so nice and clean, just as photos.

Negative: The swimming pool is now the fish tank and the food in the resort is a little bit pricey for the value. Plus, resort staff who are in charge of dining section doesn’t know much about the food availability as well as the price. So that they had to double check so many times, which lengthens the order process.
