Positive: We stayed with 8 adults and 4 children. The chalet is really spacious, spread over 3 floors, so there was plenty of room for everyone. Enough bathrooms and toilets, no waiting issues. The owners were friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and well looked after, nothing to complain about. Beds were comfortable, slept well. The heated ski storage was practical, easy access straight from the parking. Parking was fine, we had space for our 4 cars and still some left over. The kitchen is on the smaller side because it's separate from the living room, but it's well stocked with everything you need: a separate walk in storage space and new appliances. The separation with the living room was actually quite nice. The kids could run around and play in the living room while the adults sat at the kitchen table. We also got fresh milk from the cows each morning, which was nice. The view down to the Zillertal valley is also very nice, especially in the morning or evening with all the lights in the valley. All in all, a solid place for a big group. We’d go back without hesitation.

Negative: The chalet is a little higher up the mountain and the last part was a bit narrow. It was very well maintained though and not busy, so it wasn't really an issue.

Positive: The place is really beautiful and placed in a great position overlooking the valley. Except some dust in our rooms, the place was spotless, the rooms nice and large and had a large kitchen and a large living room. Great place for large groups. Also safely fitted 4 cars (room for more) in front of the chalet. The place had all the amenities and electronics needed for a successful vacation, highly recommended! The hosts were very nice and accommodating and they provided fresh milk from their own cows!

Negative: There are a few things that I haven't enjoyed: the 1st floor bathroom and toilet do not a have a sink (there is a sink in every room though). The Internet connection was pretty bad and unstable, take that into consideration if planning to work from there. Also take into consideration that the property is high up and on a steep climb, and if it's snowing or you are anxious, the drive from town might be a little bit scary.

Positive: Hosts lives next door and were flexible about the check in. The process was very easy. The property location is good and the rooms are clean. Kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the hosts kids were super kind to share their toys and cycles and play equipment with our children.

Negative: A few things were a bit odd. It seems to be a hostel style property that was converted into a property for a family. Each room has a sink but the toilets are shared and not en-suite. The toilets don't have hand wash. The property does not provide any hand wash or soap or washing machine. Dishwasher is included with tablets but didn't work smoothly. The dairy on site only has cows in winter, so no fresh milk in summer. The cleaning fee is quite high.

Summary: Beautiful location, clean property but converted hostel style accommodation.
