Positive: Amazing place, we had a room overlooking the dunes! Absolutely magical! The staff were very friendly, they were all locals but spoke great English, especially Ismail and Yusef (sorry not sure about spelling) were exceptionally friendly. The rooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated with a lot of Maroccan accents and the rooms were absolutely spotless. The swimming pool is just like on the photos, such a great feature!! The hotel offers great activities like going on a jeep to see the sunrise, sandboarding etc etc. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, the best place!!!

Positive: Beautiful hotel. Excellent location, right on the dunes. We went for a walk on the dunes every evening we were there and watch the sunset, right on our backyard! We also had a room which looks out onto the dunes. Great to watch the sun rises over the desert from the bed! Excellent host, Ibrahim and his team made us feel so welcomed. He even organised a short trip for us to go on the dunes and tried sandboarding.

Summary: Excellent. Being right on the dunes is simply paradise!

Positive: The room was amazing and also the view. The heating system worked really well and everything was in good condition and new.

Positive: Beautiful property in the Sahara. Very comfortable and spacious room. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Breakfast spread was better than other hotels. Bed was huge! Very nice and firm mattress. Room was quiet, clean and pretty. Staff very accommodating in general, eg. re breakfast times. We did the camel sunset tour which was amazing.

Negative: Dinner at the hotel was not great - beef was so tough it was inedible but the staff offered to change the dish for us. The staff were generally lovely. Pool was too cold to use though very pretty. We had to request cleaning of the room and hand over key for it.
